The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. Endodontic fees usually range from $980.00 to $2350.00 depending on the position in the mouth and whether the tooth has been previously treated. We accept personal checks, cash, debit cards, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We require full payment by completion of services.

If you are a patient with dental insurance we will ask you to provide the following information at your consultation appointment:

• Insurance provider & address
• Subscribers: name, date of birth, employer, SS# and ID#/group number

Our office will contact your insurance provider and receive your insurance benefits to determine an estimated co-payment. We expect full co-payment from patient and bill insurance for the remainder upon completion of treatment. 

We bill most insurances including: Delta Dental PPO, Aetna Dental PPO, & Cigna Dental PPO
